1. Local Delivery Policy

• We provide delivery services exclusively within the Republic of Armenia.
• Delivery within Yerevan City is serviced free of charge within 3 business days.
• Delivery fees for regions are calculated based on the delivery location as per the rates and fees of HayPost within 3-5 working days.

2. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship outside Armenia.

3. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packing.

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
